Dining

Dining is just one of the many services included in the Promenade lifestyle package. The monthly fee includes three (3) fine dining meals per day. A cooked-to-order breakfast is served in Cafe Portofino, our comfortable and casual bistro from 7:00 to 9:00 am. Lunch and dinner are served in Picasso’s and our creative menus change daily and include healthy meal choices, traditional comfort foods and gourmet entrees. Lunch is served from 11:30 to 1:00 pm and dinner from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. Seating is open.

Housekeeping

Weekly housekeeping service including change of linens and towels.

Transportation

Promenade offers scheduled transportation at no charge to designated locations around the community. Banking, post office, shopping of all types, and medical appointments are scheduled throughout the week. Transportation is also provided to scheduled special events such as theater, concerts and outings.

Security

Promenade has a state-of-the-art fire, security and resident emergency alert system in every villa apartment. (Personal Resident emergency alert pendants also available)

Concierge

Promenade’s concierge staff provides 24-hour security, information and a friendly face to greet you as you go about your day.

Maintenance

Promenade takes care of all maintenance of your private Villa apartment as well as the building and grounds.

Educational Activities

Free tuition to the University of Nevada’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, guest speakers and cultural presentations.

Fitness Activities

Promenade offers a wide variety of exercise classes including Tai Chi, Full Body Workout, Circuit Training, Chair Volleyball, Yoga and Aqua Aerobics in the summer.

Cultural Activities

Entertainment and special events, including Reno Little Theater, Reno Philharmonic and Broadway shows are frequently attended events. Live musical entertainment is provided weekly during Social Hour in Promenade’s Atrium.

TV and Internet

Spectrum Expanded/Basic Bronze package featuring hundreds of channels and on- screen guide. Wireless router and modem provide dedicated internet service to each villa apartment.
